Once you complete a quick health evaluation, a licensed physician will review your responses and reach out with any questions. If you’re eligible, a prescription may be written to a designated pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your door.

The physicians who will be conducting your evaluation are board-certified doctors licensed in your state. They are experienced in remote evaluations and are ready to engage with you to help you reach your goals.

Ask-Rx does not control or own any pharmacies. However, we do partner with designated pharmacies that we know have medication in stock and are excellent at providing efficient customer service at the best price.

All information that you submit in your health evaluation form is stored in a HIPAA-compliant manner and transmitted to a secure electronic health record for your physician to review. No information that you submit on that form is shared with any third party that is not partaking directly in your care.

Depending on which state you are located in, your doctor may connect with you via video chat, phone call, or interactive messaging. We try to provide the most seamless evaluation possible that requires the least effort on your part. The evaluations are conducted at your convenience. The modality of care will become clear after your questionnaire is submitted.
